1. Where do you ship from?
Our products are designed in Australia and shipped from our partner warehouse in China. This helps us keep fun prints coming and prices friendly, while still focusing on quality and comfort.

2. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and selected international countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing time: usually 1–3 business days.
Shipping time:

  • Australia & New Zealand: approx. 5–12 business days

  • Other countries: approx. 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs or local courier delays.

4. What sizes do you offer?
Most Cobow Scrubs styles are available from 2XS to 2XL (check each product page for exact size availability).
We highly recommend checking our Size Chart before ordering. If you’re between sizes, many customers prefer to size up for a more relaxed fit.

5. How do I find the right size?
You can find the size chart link on each product page. Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare with the chart. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us with your measurements and we’ll try to recommend a size.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and major cards supported through PayPal. All orders are charged in our store currency shown at checkout. Your bank or PayPal will convert it to your local currency if needed.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change the size, shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change it, but we’ll do our best to help.

8. What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to love your Cobow Scrubs.

  • If you received a wrong or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • For change-of-mind or size issues, please refer to our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details (eligibility, time limits and conditions).
    Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.

9. How should I care for my scrubs?
To keep your prints bright and your scrubs comfy for longer, we recommend:

  • Cold gentle machine wash

  • Wash inside out with similar colours

  • Do not bleach

  • Line dry in shade

  • Cool iron if needed (avoid direct heat on prints)

10. My tracking hasn’t updated – what should I do?
Sometimes tracking can take a few days to update, especially during busy seasons. If your parcel seems delayed for more than 7–10 days, please contact us with your order number and we’ll help check with the courier.
