Cobow scrubs Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your scrubs. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

• Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• For more information regarding exhanges, please reach out to our team support@cobowscrubs.comand we will do our best to facilitate an exchange.

• International exchanges: return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

• Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email us at support@cobowscrubs.com.

• We'll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

• Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, email support@cobowscrubs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.

Final Sale

• Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
