Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays).

  • During launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Australia

  • Standard: 4-8 business days, flat rate AUD 10 or free over AUD150.

  • Express: 2-3 business days, flat rate AUD 20.

New Zealand

  • Standard: 4–8 business days, flat rate AUD/NZD 10.

  • Duties & taxes may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

International (US/Canada/UK/EU/Other)

  • Transit: 5–12 business days depending on destination and service.

  • Rates shown at checkout.

  • Duties/Taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. If you haven’t received it, check spam or contact us at support@cobowscrubs.com.

Address Issues & Lost Parcels

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We’re not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incomplete/incorrect addresses, but we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.

Pre-orders / Coming Soon

  • Items marked “Pre-order” ship by the estimated window shown on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless you choose split shipment at checkout.
